Early Access

Ringly is offered as an invite-only early access product. Usage may be capped (minutes and phone numbers). Billing is handled manually until self-serve plans launch.

Call recording

Inbound calls may be recorded and transcribed for quality and operations. Your AI receptionist is configured to disclose recording at the start of each call where applicable law requires notice.

Acceptable use

You may not use Ringly for unlawful robocalling, harassment, regulated health data without appropriate agreements, or to impersonate another business.

Subprocessors

We use Twilio (telephony), ElevenLabs (voice AI), Clerk (auth), Resend (email), and cloud hosting providers to operate the service.
