Account information (via Clerk), workspace settings, call metadata, transcripts, knowledge base content you provide, and integration credentials you connect.

Call data

Caller phone numbers, call duration, transcripts, and summaries are stored to operate your AI receptionist and send optional email notifications to workspace owners.

Your choices

You can delete workspaces from settings (soft delete with grace period). Contact support to export or permanently remove data.
