Front desk · invite-gated early access

Your phone,
but it never
goes to voicemail.

Ringly answers your business calls in your chosen voice, takes the message, emails you the summary, and sends clean call events to your dashboard and webhooks.

The math nobody wants to do

No card. A hard cap.
A bill that cannot surprise you.

taken from a card. Early access is invited, not sold — there is no checkout switched on anywhere in the product.

— there is no payment page to reach

in overage. At the cap the line sends callers to voicemail — it never keeps answering and bills you for it.

— the cap stops the line, not your budget

of answered calls a month, included with an invite. It is the same number your workspace is created with, read from the same catalog the API applies.

How it works

Three moves. One voice. No scripts to maintain.

  1. 01

Forward your line, and keep the number you have.

Take a number in the area code your customers recognise, then forward your existing line to it — when you're closed, when you're slammed, or all the time. The forwarding rule stays in your carrier's hands, so you can undo it in a minute.

  2. 02

It learns your business from your website, or from what you type.

Give it a web address to read, or write the business out in your own words. It answers from that — and when a caller asks something it was never told, it says so and takes a message instead of guessing.

  3. 03

Every call ends with an action in your stack.

Calls land in your dashboard with the transcript, outcome, and callback details. Signed webhooks can send the same event to Zapier, Make, n8n, or your backend.

The demo

Don't take our word.
Play it through.

You pick what the caller says. It is a scripted walk-through, not a recording of a real call — a booking, a pricing question and a 9 p.m. emergency, including what happens when someone asks for pizza.

Capabilities

A real receptionist's job, executed in software.

Voice

Sounds like a person, not a phone tree.

Built on ElevenLabs conversational AI. Mid-sentence interruptions and natural pauses — and every call records its own voice latency, which your dashboard shows you per day.

Messages

Takes the appointment details.

Gets the caller's preferred time, name and number into the summary so your team can confirm it. It does not write to your calendar — no booking integration is switched on yet.

Routing

Flags the calls you have to take.

Configurable instructions tell the agent when to mark a call urgent and take callback details, and the summary email lands in your inbox after the call. It does not warm-transfer the caller to a person — that is not built yet.

"emergency"urgent flag
Memory

Keeps every call searchable.

Stores transcripts and outcomes so returning callers are easy for your team to review.

Voices

12 curated Ringly voices.

Preview and switch voices from onboarding or workspace settings.

Controls

Recording disclosure built in.

Every call opens with a recording notice, and the server puts it back if you delete it. Workspace roles are enforced by the API: owners manage the team, admins change the receptionist, viewers read calls.

Not built yet

Outbound, when it exists.

Confirmations, reminders, win-backs. Nothing goes out today — no calls, no texts, no email to your customers — and we would rather say so than date it.

Built for the room you're in

Same product. Two completely different jobs.

The same line has to work for a one-person shop and for a team with a compliance reviewer. We build one product for both, and we say plainly which parts are not built yet.

For the AI-native stack

Your phone, finally,
callable from code.

Every completed call can become a signed event your systems react to. The payload carries the transcript and the summary, so your automations, your internal dashboard or a CRM import can read it without waiting for a native integration.

  • Webhooks — call.completed and call.dropped events
  • Retries — delivery attempts are tracked with response status
  • Signatures — HMAC-SHA256 headers on outbound events

Paid plans are the published price list, not a live checkout: self-serve billing is not switched on yet, so no card is taken anywhere in the product today. Early access runs on a hard minute cap — when the cap is reached the line stops answering rather than quietly billing you.

We are in invite-gated early access, so there is no wall of customer logos here and no quote we cannot source. What we can show you is the product: take the demo call, read what the summary email actually contains, and hold us to the list of things we say are not built yet.

FAQ

The questions every team asks before they switch.

Can't find yours? Ask a human →

Will my callers be able to tell it's AI?

Ringly's default prompt includes a recording notice and does not pretend to be a human. You can tune the greeting from the agent settings.

What happens if it doesn't know an answer?

It says so, then takes a detailed message with intent, urgency, and callback details so your team can follow up.

How does it handle HIPAA / PHI?

Ringly is not offered as a HIPAA, SOC 2, or GDPR compliance product in early access. Do not use it for regulated data until a written agreement is in place.

Can I keep my existing phone number?

Keep it where it is and forward it to your Ringly number — all the time, after hours, or only when the desk is busy. Your existing line keeps working and you can stop forwarding in a minute. We do not port numbers today.

What languages does it speak?

The launch flow is focused on English-language calls with curated ElevenLabs voices. Additional language support will be announced when it is ready.

What does it cost when a call comes in?

Ringly is in invite-gated early access: your invite includes a workspace with a hard 60-minute monthly cap and one number, and no card is taken. Paid self-serve checkout is not switched on yet — when it opens, Solo is $79, Pro $149 and Growth $349 a month, and we will tell you before anything is charged.

The next call is
already ringing.

Ask for an invite. When it lands you take a number, choose a voice, teach it your business, and start reviewing calls from the dashboard — five steps, and the last one is a real call.

No credit card — there is no checkout to reach yet. We will never sell your data, including this email.

Ringly — The receptionist that never sleeps.
